Four things you can do here: opt out of advertising uses of your information, unsubscribe from our email, ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the detail.
1Advertising Uses of Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not currently share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. The control below is here so that your choice is already on record if that ever changes, and so that we honor it from the first day rather than from whenever someone gets round to building the switch.

Your browser is sending a Global Privacy Control signal, and we are honoring it. You do not need to do anything else, and there is nothing for you to switch on here.
We deliberately do not offer a button to override it. Turning advertising back on from this page while your browser is still asking us not to would make this page a false statement. If you want to undo it, turn Global Privacy Control off in your browser or extension settings.

This choice is remembered on this browser, in a cookie named bbo_optout, and it covers both blueboxoffice.com and app.blueboxoffice.com. That means it does not follow you to another device, and clearing your cookies clears it. Global Privacy Control, if you use it, needs no storage at all and works everywhere automatically. 2Marketing Email
Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click is enough, and it takes effect immediately.
If you signed up and never received the confirmation email, you are not subscribed — we only begin sending once you confirm, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
Unsubscribing does not stop necessary messages about your account, your purchases, refunds, or an event you bought tickets for. Those are not marketing and we cannot leave you without them.
3A Copy of Your Information
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you. You do not need an account to ask.
We will not release information without knowing the request came from you. If you have a BlueBoxOffice account, make or confirm the request while signed in. If you do not, we will send a confirmation link to the email address associated with your records and act on the request once you use it.
4Deleting Your Information
You can ask us to delete your personal information, verified the same way.
Deleting your information removes your account information. Transaction and order records are kept for tax, accounting, refund, and payment-dispute purposes, as the Privacy Policy explains — in those records your identifying details are replaced rather than the record destroyed, so the figures still add up and you are no longer named in them.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to correct your information, obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain profiling, limit uses of sensitive information, or appeal a decision we make. To appeal, email us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
5How to Reach Us
Email us and say what you would like us to do. We respond within 30 days and will tell you if we need an extension the law allows. An authorized agent may make a request for you, subject to us verifying their authority.
