Here’s ours, in full size: we hold back a small security reserve on each event and release it on a published schedule. It starts modest, gets smaller as you build a track record, and the exact amount and release date sit on your dashboard from the first ticket you sell. That’s the whole of it — no discretion, no moving the date.
